IT Project Manager

Job Description : Analyze current processes across IT process domains based on the organization’s standard process framework Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or manual pain points in existing workflows and propose practical improvements. Collaborate with relevant teams to design or integrate new IT processes as needed when new systems, tools, or governance requirements are introduced. Ensure process designs are clear, auditable, and aligned across related functions (e.g., Change affecting CMDB or Deployment). Redesign or simplify workflow across departments by introducing SOPs, checklists, templates, or digital tools (e.g., automation, dashboards). Ensure consistent governance across related processes (e.g., how Incident links to Problem, how Change impacts Asset CMDB). Coordinate tool selection or enhancement (e.g., Jira, Power Apps, CMDB tools) to support improved processes. Act as a process integrator, engaging Infra, PMO, Dev, Security, and Support Teams to co-design practical solutions. Facilitate workshops, retrospective reviews, and root cause analyses (RCA) across multiple teams. Define KPIs and success metrics for each process improvement initiative. Create clear visualizations (e.g., dashboards, summaries, before/after comparisons) to present to senior management. Report progress regularly to SVP IT Management and relevant stakeholders. Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years in IT Operations, ITSM, or Process Improvement (cross-functional exposure preferred) Excellent understanding of ITIL, IT process frameworks, and improvement methodologies (Lean, RCA, SIPOC) Experience with process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) Systems thinking, analytical mindset, facilitation skill, attention to detail, confidence in presenting to executives
