Technical Support (Customer Support)

As an IT Customer Support representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our merchants receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating merchant onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive understanding of our services. Serving as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries and providing timely, effective solutions. Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions. Ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and proactively following up on feedback. Maintaining regular communication with merchants about updates, new features, and best practices. Creating and maintaining essential documentation related to support processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English. Available to work in shifts 1-3 years of experience in customer or technical support, preferably within the fintech or technology sectors. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Attention to detail and active listening skills. A customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for service excellence.
