Merchant Relationship Manager (Miri, Sarawak)

Location: Beautiful Jade Centre, Miri, Sarawak Job Descriptions: Drive sustainable revenue growth by acquiring and managing high-quality merchant portfolio, deepening product penetration, and enhancing merchant lifetime value through strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration. Drive merchant portfolio revenue growth through acquisition, activation, and expansion of existing accounts. Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) merchants with strong revenue and profitability potential. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to optimize profitability, pricing, and risk exposure. To promote PayG Business Loan to all eligible NTB and ETB base, to ensure achievement of business targets. Deliver against assigned sales targets, revenue KPIs, and productivity metrics. To ensure merchant activity rate is at maximum level and all accounts are profitable. Build and maintain strong, long-term merchant relationships to drive retention and wallet share. Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, ensuring timely issue resolution and service excellence. Proactively identify merchants needs and provide value-added financial solutions. Monitor and manage merchant attrition, implementing recovery strategies where required. Gather customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Possess own transport and willing to travel. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage
