Product Owner (Senior)

Responsibilities: 1. Customer & Requirement Management Lead requirement gathering and uncover true business objectives. Analyze as-is processes and define appropriate to-be solutions. Identify risks, gaps, and manage scope changes with impact analysis. Structure project delivery into clear phases (MVP and subsequent phases) 2. Solution Design & Roadmap Planning Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs. Develop delivery roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value. Identify risks, mitigation plans, and align multiple stakeholders. 3. Project Delivery & Execution Manage end-to-end project delivery, including budget, timeline, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party integrations. Plan deployments, ensure quality standards, and manage project closure. 4. Client & Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Manage issues, changes, and contract negotiations effectively. Identify new opportunities while protecting company interests. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields. 5–8 years of experience in Product / Business / Project roles. Experience in project-based or outsource services. Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects. Core Knowledge and Skills Lead requirement gathering and documentation. Manage scope changes and impact analysis. Design high-level solutions and delivery roadmaps. Manage cross-team and vendor dependencies. Apply Agile/Scrum (Waterfall/Hybrid as needed). Coordinate UAT, go-live, and track project metrics. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders. Handle escalations and present to executive audiences. Additional Skills Knowledge of AI tools to improve work efficiency. English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Relevant certifications (e.g. PSPO, CSPO, PMP, SAFe) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise clients and multi-vendor projects. Industry experience in digital platforms or enterprise systems. Basic technical understanding and experience with project tools.
