We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst Intern to support our team in various stages of project development and implementation. This role focuses on business processes, system requirements, UAT , and documentation . It is NOT a data analytics or data science internship , and does not involve data modelling, dashboards, or statistical analysis. Responsibilities Assist in developing test scripts, user guides, and training materials Support functional testing to ensure the system meets business requirements Assist in executing UAT sessions and reporting defects to developers Ensure system configuration and deliverables are accurate, complete, and properly signed off Collaborate with team members to ensure functional requirements are correctly translated into the system Participate in business process discussions and brainstorming of business models with senior team members Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields (Note: This role is not suitable for Data Science / Data Analytics students.) Ability to write simple queries using SQL Basic understanding of system development concepts (knowledge of Java, MySQL, or Python is a plus but not the main focus ) Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset (business-focused) Minimum internship period: 4 months or more Our recruitment team will reach out to shortlisted candidate only.
