The People Experience and Relations Lead is an individual contributor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of Employee Relations, employee experience, engagement, wellbeing, safety, and HR-government compliance activities. The role provides functional guidance to employees and people leaders, manages employee relations cases and HR processes, coordinates employee programs, and ensures accurate and timely completion of compliance and reporting requirements. The role serves as a key escalation point for employee relations matters and provides recommendations to the People & Culture Senior Manager on complex cases, employee concerns, and process improvements. Employee Relations Serve as the primary point of contact and lead day-to-day Employee Relations, including employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and case management. Administer and monitor PIP, probationary, and regularization processes. Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, conduct, performance, and policy matters. Maintain ER/PIP records and ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of cases. Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Senior Manager for People & Culture Manager. Oversee HR onboarding covering Code of Conduct, PSI Employee Handbook, Safety, and Compliance Sign-offs. Support policy communication and employee awareness by ensuring consistent understanding and application of Company policies and standards. Provide functional guidance and subject matter expertise on Employee Relations and employee experience matters. Review ER-related work and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and HR service delivery. Support the People & Culture Manager in implementing policies, programs, and organizational initiatives while promoting consistent, fair, and employee-focused People & Culture practices. People Experience, Engagement & Well-being Lead the creation and execution of employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and corporate engagement programs that promote inclusion, belonging, and support employees across different work arrangements. Design and implement employee engagement and feedback surveys, analyze results and trends, and provide recommendations to address key employee experience opportunities. Translate employee feedback and insights into actionable engagement and wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement plans. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver programs effectively and monitor their impact and effectiveness . Statutory Compliance and HR Reporting Coordinate DOLE, OSH, and other HR statutory compliance requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation within established timelines. Support DOLE audits, inspections, safety activities, incident documentation, and required compliance initiatives. Manage HR reports and trackers, including ER/PIP, probationary, regularization, leavers, and compliance reports. Ensure timely and accurate completion of ER-related HR operations and documentation. Monitor regulatory updates and coordinate necessary changes to HR practices and documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human resource management At least 2 years’ experience in the same capacity. For senior specialists, at least 8 yrs progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Employee Relations, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance Experience in employee case management, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management. Experience working with employees across different generations and diverse cultural backgrounds, with the ability to adapt HR programs and approaches to varied needs, perspectives, and work experiences. Experience supporting and managing HR programs and employee relations for a workforce of 500+ employees, with the ability to effectively manage diverse employee needs and priorities on a scale. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE, and OSH requirements. Strong background in implementing corporate events and programs aligned with HR strategies, employee engagement objectives, and organizational priorities. Experience as generalist or functions other than ER and engagement is a plus. Experience in HR Business partnering is an advantage. Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, organization, and problem-solving skills. Team player and collaborative Ability to work independently, handle sensitive matters, and exercise sound judgment.
