Senior Manager / Manager, Business Development (Banking & Financial Services)

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the business development and marketing activities for all products and services. Besides that, to strengthen and expand new business and new client base through effective marketing strategies and plans. Oversee all financing of placement shares, rights issue shares and other financing business from both corporate and individual pertaining to marketing support, credit evaluation proposal for management approval, processing, disbursement and collection. Oversee all pre-conditions for disbursement of loan and monitor the preparation of loan documentations, drawdown of loan facilities and clients’ portfolio. Liaise with issuer of placement shares and submit placement application to issuing house/issuer and ensure share pledge into account before listing. Provide personalized services to clients and resolve business and operational issues and provide support to marketing staff and dealers’ representative and resolve business and operational issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate or business banking within a financial institution. Proficient in credit evaluation; certification as a Certified Credit Professional is a plus. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a proactive attitude towards client engagement.
