The D2C Marketing Manager (Brand.com) is responsible for driving online sales and customer acquisition through the company's direct-to-consumer (D2C) website. This role develops and executes digital marketing strategies, optimizes website performance, enhances the customer journey, and works closely with cross-functional teams to maximize conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Position: D2C Marketing Manager (Brand.com) Working location: Serithai, Kannayao district Responsibilities: Expand and grow D2C business for consumer (Home appliances) products. Drive revenue growth through the company's Brand.com platform by optimizing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Generate Sales of D2C specifically from B2C (Consumer), B2P (partner company) and B2E (Internal staff sales) Drive D2C business at both strategy & operation levels with "Customer Experience" mind and customer data management. Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and digital marketing initiatives. Planning promotion includes budget management, forecasting and investment proposals by category to achieve business targets. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Conduct competitive analysis to identify business opportunities. Manage and lead the team (5 members), with guidance and showing strategy to improve entire performance of D2C Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related filed. 8+ years of experience in D2C Marketing, or Brand.com management. Well-known using computer program (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in media buying and optimization (onsite and offsite ads) and social media marketing, content marketing and live streaming. Experience managing D2C websites for consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or consumer products is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation. Strong understanding of website optimization, UX/UI principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience managing digital marketing agencies and external vendors. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in data analysis and interpretation. Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign optimization techniques including SEM, SEO and Social Media Ads. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
