Job Summary: Drive portfolio performance through proactive monitoring, data-driven dashboards, and actionable insights—enabling collection teams and legal functions to improve execution, close performance gaps, and unlock new recovery opportunities. Job Description: Proactively monitor portfolio performance, e.g., change in portfolio's outstanding balance, account/ staff, incentive/ staff, etc. Provide regular dashboard to drive performance improvements and identify business opportunities, e.g., for collectors – to improve both individual and team performance, for legal activities – to accelerate execution gaps, etc. Follow through identified improvements/ business opportunities to consistently enhance execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience preferably in Data Analytics, or Data Execution. Basic analytical skill, yet with strong skill in data handling. Basic Communication Skills. No banking nor bad bank knowledge is required. Capable of performing well in high-pressure environments.
