Job Duties: Prepare and coordinate quotations, sales invoices, tender submissions, and related sales documents. Organize and consolidate information required for tenders, proposals, and customer submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, contracts, and filing systems. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and project handover. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other business documents as required. Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or above. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, administration, or project support. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Responsible, detail-minded, and able to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
