Quality Manager (Station in China/Thailand)

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of QA/QC Department Responsible for leading the Quality team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers expectation To issue product specification, coordinate the product testing and approval of the result Conduct failure analysis, handle customer complaint and develop corrective action plan and set for preventive measurement Liaise with internal Engineering department/ sales and marketing department to fix quality issues Work closely with internal and external to make sure quality issues are well resolve Accompany customer quality auditing, update procedures/ instructions, propose testing plan and inspection procedure Quality Control compliance by integrating the guidelines into the manufacturing process so as to maintain production schedule and reduce cycle times Requirements: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Management or, Master's degree is an advantage 8 years solid experience in Quality Management consumer electronics products with at least 5 years at management level Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO14000 and other international quality assurance standard High familiarity with compliance especially QAKE Negotiate with Corporate Quality to maintain the quality management system and drive operation excellence and best practice Develop and manage company wide quality metrics used to monitor performance and promote continuous improvement Station in Dongguan / Thailand factory Interested parties, please send your full resume stating your expected salary and date of availability to the Human Resources Department for application.
