Accounting Manager

We are an award-winning Professional Services firm offering accounting, tax compliance, payroll , and legal services in Thailand for more than 20 years, have more than 45 dedicated team members, and are Xero GOLD Partners. Our offices are centrally located in Bangkok next to the BTS, but we also offer flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing firm. The successful candidate will operate as part of the team within our outsourced accounting department and be responsible to lead a team of more than 8 accountants to ensure the highest quality of service provided to our clients · Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor to our clients · Review the month-end financials and associated reconciliations, client requested reports · Regularly review internal processes to make recommendations on improvements and automations · Provide mentoring and training for staff · Coordinate client needs with payroll and legal departments Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline required. · At least 10 years accounting experience, including 3+ years of management experience, ideally in a Professional Services firm · Strong knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code · CPA, Tax Auditor, Xero Certified Advisor or other international accounting qualifications are highly advantageous · Good command of English , both verbal and written
