Senior Purchasing Officer เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้ออาวุโส Job Summary Responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing operations for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging from both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring timely procurement aligned with business needs. This role is expected to strengthen purchasing systems and processes, improve workflow and documentation, and coordinate effectively across internal teams and overseas partners. Work collaboratively with Supply Chain Officer, Sourcing Officer, Warehouse Supervisor, and Sales Team. Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing activities based on company requirements, including repetitive procurement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging from domestic and international suppliers. Establish and improve purchasing systems, including workflow, SOPs, approval flow, documentation, and internal purchasing processes for better efficiency and control. Coordinate import documentation and shipment processes with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and relevant external parties. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing plans with inventory requirements, sales forecasts, and operational needs, while ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient order scheduling. Act as the main coordinator for international customers, handling communication and supporting requested export documentation. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or import operations, preferably in FMCG or trading business. Strong communication skills in English, with confidence in coordinating and communicating with overseas suppliers and partners. Knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation, and purchasing process management. Proficient in basic computer programs, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Able to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
