Perform consult, design and architecture across applications, integrations, data, security, and infrastructure with Xin-Chuang (信創) standards and practices; Client Details Our client, a leading Next Generation System Integrator and Smart Office Solutions Provider. Description Job Responsibilities Perform RFI/ RFQ/ RFP analysis, build compliance matrices, and develop technical proposals for large-scale projects; Perform consult, design and architecture across applications, integrations, data, security, and infrastructure with Xin-Chuang standards and practices ; Drive application modernization for clients through application reform, Cloud migration, Microservices, APIs, and database transformation, following Xin-Chuang blueprints, standards, and risk management frameworks; Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions, as well as develop cost models and ROI analyses; Engage clients through workshops and presentations to communicate value, roadmaps, and risks. Profile Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related; 8+ years or above in a PreSales Solution Architect role in Government Sector large scale projects delivery - strong government sector's relationship; Strong expereince in Xin-Chuang (信創) modernization blueprints, integrating domestic ecosystems with hybrid/ Cloud setups for secure, innovative government solutions; Proven track record in executing Xin Chuang (信創)'s tenders, technical proposals, transformations, and leading multidisciplinary teams, database transitions, ensuring compliance with IT/ security standards; Bilingual communication (Chinese/ English). Certifications like TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect preferred; Expertise in stakeholder management, ROI analysis, and balancing tech with business realities; Technical Expertise in (Microservices, APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ AliCloud), integration patterns, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and data tools.)
