Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Essential 2-3 years' experience handling complex employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment Multi-site experience Sound knowledge of employment law Desirable Experience supporting consultations and change programmes Care sector and regulatory knowledge Policy writing experience Your Daily Tasks Employee Relations and HR Guidance Be the main point of contact for all employee relations enquiries, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management Provide the administrative work associated with cases, manage the employee relations tracker, and update the HR Business Partner and Divisional Director on a monthly basis Guide and coach line managers on basic and occasionally complex HR/ER-related matters, including TUPE transfers in/out, disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management in line with current legislation Support employee relations across other divisions as and when required Stakeholder Partnership and Communication Build, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders Regularly communicate and embed organizational values Establish and promote excellent communication with internal customers Support the HR Business Partner with HR clinics, open doors, and listening forums in relevant services where required Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employer Brand Review and update job descriptions Assist with and develop recruitment campaigns Collate new starter inductions and onboarding alongside the Regional Director or Divisional Director for Home Manager or regional field roles Assist in organizing employer branding initiatives HR Operations, Policies, and Change Provide administrative support in change processes and consultations Use HR information systems to access, input, and compile data Manage SharePoint, keeping it updated with the latest information relating to HR procedures and policies Work with the HR Business Partners to review HR policies Support any HR policy or initiative rollouts Employee Engagement Support the HR Business Partner with the annual employee engagement survey across the leadership team and care home teams About the Client Our client is a family-owned healthcare and care services organization with an extensive and growing presence across the United Kingdom.
