Job Summary KOON Hotel Group is looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to lead the development of our marketing strategy, content direction and commercial marketing system across the hotel group. This role is not simply about managing social media or creating content. We are looking for a marketing leader who understands customers, builds strong positioning, creates qualified leads and connects marketing activities with sales performance and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can build marketing systems, lead a growing team and translate business objectives into effective campaigns that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Define brand positioning, value proposition and key marketing messages Analyze customer insights, market trends and competitor activities Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels Develop content strategy and review marketing content to ensure consistency with the brand Create campaign concepts, key messages, hooks and communication direction Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness through inquiry, lead generation and booking Improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness and conversion performance Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to support business growth Work with external agencies on performance marketing, media buying and digital campaigns Review campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvement strategies Lead, coach and develop the internal marketing team while establishing efficient marketing processes and standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Content Marketing or Commercial Marketing Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns Strong understanding of customer insight, consumer behavior and commercial marketing Excellent content planning, copywriting and storytelling skills Experience working with digital marketing platforms and performance marketing agencies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and marketing metrics Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute as well as manage projects Strong communication, leadership and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and marketing analytics tools Please Include in Your Application Please include the following information in your application: Resume / CV Portfolio Examples of your most successful marketing campaign(s) Campaign results (Lead Generation, Conversion Rate, Revenue Growth or other measurable outcomes) Current salary Expected salary Earliest available start date
