Business Development Manager (Contact Center Solution)

Job Descriptions: Receive and analyze business requirements from customers to find services that serve their needs. Prepare proposal and presentation documents to present customers. Coordinate with internal and external team to identify new business opportunities. Create project timeline, plan and execute new projects also expand services on existing project. Prepare reference documents to comply TOR. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experiences in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Solution Sales. Proven experience selling Contact Center Outsourcing, BPO Services, AI Contact Center, CRM. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including public tenders, RFP, RFQ, TOR preparation, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract management. Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Knowledge of AI-powered Contact Center technologies, including Voicebot, Chatbot, Agent Assist, Speech Analytics, Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Management (QM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Generative AI Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation, solution presentation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, project award, and customer relationship management. Experience with Contact Center and CRM platforms such as Huawei AICC, Genesys, NICE, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with System Integrators (SI), Technology Vendors, or BPO providers. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
