Finance Manager (English or Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities • Oversee full accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll) and ensure compliance with TFRS/IFRS and group policies. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with analysis, maintaining cost accounting systems and coordinating with Group Finance. • Manage taxation and regulatory compliance, including CIT, VAT, WHT, BOI requirements, and statutory filings. • Lead treasury and cash flow management, banking relationships, intercompany transactions, and FX risk mitigation. • Drive cost control, profitability analysis, product pricing support, and efficiency improvement initiatives. • Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance management, monitoring variances and supporting operational targets. • Establish internal controls, financial policies, and SOPs to ensure audit readiness and compliance. • Build, lead, and develop the local finance team while collaborating with cross-functional teams and headquarters. • Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed. • Only candidates with manufacturing industry experience will be considered. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in financial and accounting management or related roles • In-depth knowledge of Thai accounting standards, taxation, and BOI regulations • Strong internal control awareness and analytical skills • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and ERP system / other • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude • Strong leadership experience in finance and accounting within manufacturing, with expertise in TFRS/IFRS compliance, financial planning, treasury, cost control, and team development • Proficient in English, both spoken and written and Chinese is optional • Only candidates with manufacturing industry experience will be considered • CPD is a must
