Project & Promotion Manager

We are now looking for a highly enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated candidate to join our RAINBOW FOUNDATION which is a charitable institution serving the underprivileged in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of funding proposals and fundraising events Facilitate cross-sector collaboration and promotional initiatives to align expectations and ensure smooth project delivery Build and sustain long-term partnerships with charitable organizations, corporations and government bodies Prepare presentation, proposals and regular summary reports Supervise 3-4 junior staff on project basis Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field Minimum 11-15 years’ experience in marketing, project management, and/or partnership development with fundraising experience in NGO would be highly preferred Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in supervision role with exceptional skill in problem solving Excellent client servicing, communication and partnership development skills Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese Proficient in computer skills including MS Office Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion Work location: Wanchai We offer competitive remuneration packages and fringe benefits including free lunch, double pay, discretionary bonus and medical coverage to the successful applicant.
