Supply Chain Manager - D2C

Job Description About our client A fast-growing consumer health and life-science company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own the flow of its products from manufacturing partners to customers across its markets. With a sourcing and manufacturing network operating largely across Greater China, you'll manage suppliers and contract manufacturers, lead demand and inventory planning, and coordinate international logistics to ensure every batch and every shipment is delivered flawlessly. This is a broad ownership role for someone who enjoys building and improving processes in a high-growth environment. Responsibilities Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers across Greater China — negotiating terms, monitoring quality, and qualifying and onboarding new partners as the business scales Own raw material supply risk through dual-sourcing strategies, safety-stock policies, and long-lead procurement planning Build demand forecasts and inventory plans across markets, and run a monthly S&OP process connecting demand, supply, finance and leadership Own inventory allocation and transfer decisions across international fulfillment nodes, balancing availability against working capital Coordinate international logistics, customs and 3PL partners to hit delivery timelines and cost targets, including freight-mode and expedite decisions Partner with quality and regulatory teams to keep every batch compliant and audit-ready, and lead root-cause analysis on defects Track and improve the operational metrics that run the business (forecast accuracy, fill rate, on-time-in-full, weeks of supply, inventory turns, landed cost) Requirements Proven experience personally owning sourcing, planning and fulfillment at meaningful scale Full-cycle experience across contract manufacturers and 3PL partners, including negotiating capacity commitments as volumes scale Strong demand planning, inventory modelling and cost analysis discipline A data-driven, builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions and shaping the playbook Experience taking new products from manufacturing qualification through to multi-market launch Experience with regulated products (supplements, food, pharma) and ERP/inventory systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) advantageous Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, written and spoken
