Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for the General Trade channel to drive sales growth, distribution coverage and market penetration. Identify new business opportunities, potential markets and areas for product and channel expansion. Analyse market dynamics, competitor activities, customer needs and emerging opportunities, and recommend appropriate business actions. Provide coaching, training and mentorship to enhance team capability, productivity and overall sales performance. Monitor sales execution, trade activities and market coverage to ensure effective implementation of sales plans. Continuously review and improve departmental workflows and sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. To succeed in this role: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred. At least 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, preferably with solid experience in the General Trade channel. Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, market dynamics and channel development. Energetic, responsible and self-motivated.
