🌟 Now Hiring: CAD Supervisor Department: Production Engineering Reports To: Engineering Manager 🎯 What You’ll Do Design & Drafting Create comprehensive shop drawings for freestanding furniture and interior wall paneling. Develop detailed material and hardware lists , while researching new and innovative hardware products. Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to bring new collections to life with detailed, build-ready drawings. Interpret and understand architectural shop drawings from contractors. Calculate surface areas (m²) and prepare accurate cut lists for wall and ceiling treatments. Coordinate closely with the production and design teams to manage revisions and ensure clarity. Prepare concise monthly reports for management review. 👥 Team Leadership Lead and inspire a small team of draftspersons , ensuring balanced workload distribution. Review and ensure drawing accuracy and quality prior to submission. Train, mentor, and guide the drafting team to continuously raise standards and skills. Keep projects on time and on point , from concept to completion. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience Full working right in Thailand only (No work permit provided) Degree in Technical Architecture , Interior Design , or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience in Interior CAD , with emphasis on furniture detailing . At least 3 years of team leadership experience managing CAD operators. Strong ability to read and create architectural drawings with precision. 🛠️ Skills & Tools Proficient in AutoCAD , Photoshop , Rhino , SolidWorks (or other 3D software), Illustrator , Excel , and Microsoft Teams .
