Our client is one of most reputable FinTech Expert Consulting companies within the APAC region, specialised in driving digital transformation initiatives for major banking and financial institutions. With 2000+ staff regionally, and with various vertical FinTech domain leaders covering Digital Banking, Core Banking, Wealth, Regulatory and even Blockchain Technologies, they have established a prime position as a value-adding expert within the financial industry. They are currently in search of an IT Business Analyst with mobile banking domain exposure for one of their most important financial client projects. Responsibilities: Understand client business challenges and translate them into use cases Support the design, development, and delivery of FinTech product solutions & features in the domain of mobile banking Translate business needs into functional & technical requirements Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system requirements Mandatory Requirements: 3+ years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst Proven track record working in banking application projects and/or products in the domains of mobile banking Prior experience working in IT consulting firms or service providers would be highly preferred Sound understanding in software development life cycle (SDLC) Ability to gather requirements effectively and work with both business & technical stakeholders Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Professional level of Spoken & Written skills in English and Cantonese
