Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and optimize overall logistics cost for Inbound and Outbound shipment, include data update and accuracy in ERP system. Manage 3rd party service provider selection (include bidding activity) and performance evaluation. Forecast and Planning Inbound and Outbound shipment to ensure on time delivery supply to customer. Cooperate work with 3rd party service provider to optimize lead time of Inbound and Outbound shipment with no impact on quality and cost. Cooperate work with 3rd party service provider for the completion and accuracy of shipping document per general Shipping Instructions or customer requirement. Reconcile and provide reports to government Customs, Free Zone, and DIW. Prepare the application and accurate report of imported goods for Duty and/or Customs fee exemption and exported goods with imported materials usage (Privilege/ FTA). Ensure company license & permit was up to date, include guide company for the most competitive privileged option for both Finished goods and Raw material. Ensure procedure of Inbound and Outbound shipment fully documented, update and comply with Government customs authorities/ regulatory. Provide timely updated of Logistics weekly/monthly reports which are required for a specific purpose and work out with the concerned parties in order to generate such reports. Ensure Logistics process/procedure update and align with company compliance and EHS. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment. Computer literacy, Excel and Oracle system is required. Good command in English both speaking and writing (able to work with foreigner colleague) Knowledge on Thai customs, Laws, Privilege, Free zone, BOI, Regulatory and FTA (Free Trade Agreement).
