Chief Financial Officer

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a well-established, internationally connected organisation operating within a complex and highly regulated environment. Reporting into senior leadership, this is a broad and influential CFO mandate with particular emphasis on Treasury, Foreign Exchange (FX), financial strategy and risk . You’ll lead across financial control, FP&A, treasury, tax and audit, while playing a key role in capital allocation, investment decisions, acquisitions and wider business transformation. We’re looking for a proven CFO or senior finance leader who has operated within a complex, multi-entity and ideally multi-country organisation . Experience within financial services, payments, banking, foreign exchange, fintech or another regulated, transaction-intensive environment will be highly valued. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, an ability to partner effectively with CEOs, Boards, shareholders, regulators and banking partners , and the credibility to lead and develop senior finance teams across geographically dispersed operations. A recognised accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA is required.
