BOI Specialist

Role Purpose The BOI Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all matters related to the Board of Investment (BOI) promotion. The role ensures full compliance with BOI conditions, workforce requirements, reporting obligations, and coordination with government authorities. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage BOI promotion privileges and conditions. • Prepare, submit, and follow up BOI-related documents, reports, and applications. • Liaise with BOI officers and related government authorities. • Monitor BOI compliance, including workforce ratio, investment conditions, and timelines. • Support BOI inspections, audits, and official visits. • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure BOI compliance. • Prepare progress reports and updates for management. • Support visa and work permit documentation related to BOI privileges. • Maintain BOI records and ensure accurate documentation filing. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • On-time BOI submissions and reports • Compliance with BOI conditions • Accuracy and completeness of documentation • Effective coordination with authorities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BOI-related roles or government compliance. • Good knowledge of BOI regulations and Thai labor laws. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Good command of English (spoken and written). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Experience in manufacturing or industrial estate environment is an advantage.
