Job Summary (Describe in not more than 3 sentences) Manage the availability and lifecycle of all physical products, optimizing channel placement and improving customer satisfaction through proper planning and communication. Responsible for demand forecast of global estores and roll out best practices for local estores Coordinate and implement Event Sales preparation and perform after event analysis Initiate process improvement, dashboard tracking for better decision making Responsibilities & Accountabilities Manage all physical products availability in potential channels, increase sales potential, and improve customer satisfaction - Analyse product performance by channels in terms of marketing / financial perspectives and be able to present supporting data for final decisions - Monitor and update estore for all physical products. Communicate and manage customers and stakeholders’ expectations. - Maintain the Product Status and Restriction Rules with IT, and the Phase-out / Sold Out Master for all products - Liaise with Product and Fulfilment team in rolling out Phased out / Phased in of products in the estore, in line with stock locations - Monitor product alignment for various estores, review product offering, market & operations requirement and stock fulfillment. Offer potential products to various channels and plans, to increase sales - Drive the efforts to minimize slow-moving and deplete obsolete products - Develop capacity simulation processes to run sensitivity analysis for growth Responsible for demand forecast of global estores and roll out best practices for local plans - Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, and new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand - Document assumptions, promotions, and adjustments to forecasts using Sales and Marketing teams’ input - Work with related departments in demand planning, stockiest, stock transfer to optimize sales and fulfil outstanding of all physical products, ensuring smooth operations and optimization of sales at all time - Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders - Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings - Create and drive continuous improvement of demand planning and S&OP processes - Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics - Optimize process to mitigate costs and maximize service - Establish consumption model wherever applied. Initiate and lead cross-functional process improvement related to product planning and controls, dashboard tracking for better decision making - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate product planning process improvement and control mechanisms - Represent the S&OP function in any projects that require product planning perspectives Prepare and Coordinate Event Sales - Propose product list and liaise with Supply chain, Pricing and Ecommerce team to prepare stock for sales during any specific events - Prepare related sales tools (brochures, banners, VDOs, etc) - Prepare sales forecast for event budgeting and stock for sales - Analyse after-event sales performance and process for further improvement Handle Special Projects / Administration as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or business-related field. - At least 5 years’ work experience in related fields. Experience in merchandising would be an advantage - Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills - Strong coordination and organizational skills with systematic/logical thinking - Work well under complex environment and different cultures - Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel Requirements: Ability to work across silos with people from different areas to communicate common goals, solicit information, and gain consensus and buy-in. Knowledge in all areas of supply chain such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning, would be a plus Knowledge in SAP (MRP) or similar ERP platform is a plus Total years of working experience: 5 years minimum Total years of in the job experiences: 2 years
