Position: Import/Export officer *Available for both Import Officer and Export Officer positions Working Location: Rayong Working Day: Monday - Friday / 08:00 - 17:00 pm Job descriptions: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, suppliers, and internal departments to support import and export operations. Support BOI activities and ensure compliance with import/export licensing requirements. Plan, coordinate, and optimize transportation activities to achieve operational and cost objectives. Monitor shipment movement and ensure products are delivered to customers on schedule. Process customer orders, coordinate shipments, respond to inquiries, and resolve service issues. Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within logistics and supply chain functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in import/export operations. Knowledge of BOI regulations, customs clearance processes, and Incoterms. Good command in English communication as reporting directly to foreigner management. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills. Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating leadership and resilience in a deadline-driven environment.
