Working within our busy Parts Department, you will learn all aspects of the automotive parts and accessories business while supporting both our service department and retail customers. Key Responsibilities Interpreting and identifying parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems Assisting customers with general parts and accessory enquiries Sourcing and ordering parts from multiple suppliers Raising purchase orders, preparing quotes, and processing debtor invoicing Receiving and accurately receipting incoming stock Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock locations Participating in regular stocktakes and inventory control activities Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers About You We're looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in the automotive industry Enjoys helping customers and providing excellent service Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is reliable, punctual, and committed Is eager to learn and develop new skills Works well as part of a team Has good communication skills and attention to detail Holds a Full New Zealand Driver's Licence Is available to work rostered Saturdays Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not essential. If you bring the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest. Working Hours 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Rostered Saturdays Regular overtime available for stocktaking requirements All overtime paid at time-and-a-half Additional Information Applicants must have valid New Zealand working rights and currently reside in New Zealand. Successful applicants may be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as part of the recruitment process.
