About the role Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Pathum Wan, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems whilst working closely with software development teams to streamline our operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a strategic impact on how our technology is deployed and managed across the organisation. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines Implement and manage containerisation solutions using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes Develop and optimise continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows to improve development velocity Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Implement security best practices across infrastructure, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth deployments and operational excellence Automate routine operational tasks and create tools to improve team efficiency Manage and optimise cloud resources to control costs and improve performance Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the engineering team What we're looking for 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles Strong expertise with cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure Proven experience designing and managing Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python) Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Datadog Demonstrated ability to manage and secure infrastructure following industry best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams Preferred: Experience with infrastructure security, disaster recovery planning, and high-availability system architecture Preferred: Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing What we offer At Technology Solutions, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where our employees can thrive.
