HR Business Partner

Job Purpose To partner with business leaders in delivering practical people solutions and to lead assigned HR initiatives, including Graduate Program, talent management, performance, engagement, and workforce-related projects, in alignment with business priorities and HR strategy. Key Responsibilities Act as HR Business Partner for assigned business units by providing proactive HR consultation, workforce advice, and practical people solutions aligned with business objectives. Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce needs, capability gaps, employee issues, and talent requirements, and translate them into actionable HR plans. Own and manage assigned HR projects and talent initiatives, including Graduate Program, talent management, succession planning, engagement actions, and related people development programs. Lead the end-to-end execution of the Graduate Program, including planning, stakeholder coordination, program communication, rotation tracking, progress monitoring, and management reporting. Coordinate talent management activities such as talent review preparation, succession data consolidation, individual development plan follow-up, and talent action tracking. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance calibration, improvement planning, and manager coaching to strengthen performance culture. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and policy interpretation in line with company policies, labor regulations, and good governance. Work closely with HR COEs and HR Operations on recruitment, compensation, learning, employee engagement, and HR process improvement to ensure integrated HR service delivery. Analyze HR data, workforce trends, engagement results, attrition, performance insights, and talent information to identify risks, recommend actions, and support management decision-making. Skills & Competencies Strong HR business partnering and business advisory skills. Good knowledge of Talent Management, Graduate Program, Performance Management, and Engagement practices. Strong project management, execution, follow-through, and stakeholder coordination skills. Strong consulting, influencing, facilitation, and communication skills. Good understanding of Thai labor law, HR policies, and employee relations. Analytical mindset with ability to use HR data and talent insights for decision-making. AI and technology savvy, with ability to use digital tools to improve HR efficiency, reporting, and employee experience. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and HR reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field. At least 5–7 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent management, Graduate Program management, HR project management, performance management, employee relations, or related HR functions. Experience in partnering with business leaders, advising on people matters, and implementing HR initiatives across business units. Experience in managing HR projects, talent reviews, succession planning, graduate or early-career programs, engagement initiatives, or employee development activities is preferred. Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR governance practices is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to communicate effectively in English.
