Education Sales & School Relations (Southern Region) Our client is a leading private university in Thailand, recognized for academic excellence, innovation, and strong industry connections. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Education Partnership & Recruitment Officer to develop partnerships with Thai and international schools throughout Southern Thailand. This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales, business development, or education sector experience who enjoy building relationships, conducting presentations, and driving student recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned student recruitment and sales targets. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Thai and international schools. Build relationships with school counselors, teachers, and key decision-makers. Contact schools, arrange appointments, and organize engagement activities. Conduct presentations and recruitment activities at schools. Manage leads and recruitment pipelines through CRM systems. Plan and execute both online and onsite marketing campaigns. Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare reports and recommend strategic business solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. Good English communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or education-related recruitment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools. Willingness to travel extensively within Southern Thailand. Previous experience within the education sector, universities, international schools, training providers, or study-abroad businesses will be an advantage. Compensation & Benefits Annual commission based on performance and company structure by yearly. Monthly allowance of THB 9,000 during designated fieldwork periods. Social Security. Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri For candidate base in Bangkok: Candidates based in Bangkok are welcome to apply and must be willing to travel frequently within Southern Thailand. Company transportation and driver are provided for business travel. For candidate base in Southern: Candidates may use their own vehicle and claim fuel expenses according to company policy. Location Coverage This role will be responsible for managing school partnerships across Southern Thailand, including Chumphon, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phang Nga, Krabi, Surat Thani, and Ranong.
