Responsibilities Monitor and manage the stability and effectiveness of dealing platforms Handle trading activities in local and global equities, global futures and options, mutual fund and FX transactions Perform efficient and accurate order executions and reconciliation with internal and external customers / counterparties Monitor client positions and margin status and inform related departments on abnormality Handle market and trade enquiries Update internal manuals and procedures according to regulation changes and company polices Support day-end reports processing Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors Requirements Degree holder in Banking & Finance, Economics or related discipline 5 to 6 years’ relevant experience in financial services industry, preferably with 1-2 years at management level Holder of SFC license for Type 1, 2 and 3 regulated activities Hands-on experience with trading systems such as Sharp Point, IB TWS, MT4 and 2Go Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge in programing is preferred Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage Shift duty is required Candidate with less experience will be considered as 'Senior Associate' We offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.
