If you're a Builder, Carpenter, Site Supervisor, Foreman or Estimator looking for a flexible role where you can leverage your technical expertise while working remotely, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As a Desktop Assessor, you'll: Assess residential property damage and repair scopes Review builder quotations and repair costs Conduct virtual customer assessments Interpret technical and specialist reports Work closely with trades, field assessors and case managers Deliver high-quality customer outcomes across insurance repairs What You'll Bring Essential Trade qualification in the building industry Experience supervising residential repairs or building projects Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) Ability to assess repair scopes and costs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly Regarded Insurance experience Weather event or catastrophe repair experience Policy interpretation experience Project Management qualifications Strong reporting or data analysis capability What's in it for you?
