Our client is currently looking for a Director of Portfolio Management to join the team. Job Descriptions Corporate Branding Position the portfolio as a premier destination for investors, tenants, and stakeholders by building a strong differentiated brand identity that enhances market visibility, and long-term competitiveness. Asset Enhancement Oversee asset positioning strategies to ensure properties remain competitive and aligned with evolving tenant and community needs. Drive asset enhancement projects, including design upgrades, technology integration, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure physical spaces reflect brand values and deliver superior tenant experiences. Business Development Identify and secure new tenants aligned with the portfolio’s strategic positioning, while managing lease renewals to sustain occupancy. Develop innovative tenant engagement programmes — cultural events, wellness initiatives, and networking platforms — that foster loyalty and community. Build strategic partnerships with corporates, startups, and creative industries to enrich the tenant mix and ecosystem. Client Management Act as the primary relationship manager for key tenants, investors, and community partners. Establish collaborative platforms that integrate tenants into the broader ecosystem, enhancing synergies and long‑term value creation. Represent the portfolio at industry forums, reinforcing its leadership in real estate development. Innovation and Community Development Design and implement placemaking programmes that integrate art, culture, and sustainability into the portfolio’s identity. Champion initiatives that promote wellness, inclusivity, and environmental responsibility, positioning the portfolio as a model for future urban development. Leverage data and market insights to continuously refine programmes and anticipate emerging trends. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above, postgraduate qualifications are preferred Over 25 years of relevant experience with executive leadership experience Strong understanding of a community development and expansion Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and influence all levels of stakeholders Strong executive presence and presentation skills in spoken/written English and Chinese Candidate with less experience at executive level will be considered as an Associate Director.
