Role Summary We are looking for a local hands-on Senior QA Engineer who can independently analyse requirements, prepare test strategies and estimates, perform manual and automated testing, and guide other QA team members. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills and experience testing web, mobile and Windows desktop applications. Key Responsibilities Review requirements, acceptance criteria, technical specifications and pull-request descriptions. Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, risks and testing blockers. Prepare QA strategies, test plans, test cases and effort estimates. Perform functional, negative, integration, end-to-end and regression testing. Test web, mobile, API and Windows desktop applications. Prepare and validate complex test data across different users, roles, statuses and workflows. Investigate failures using APIs, logs, browser tools and database queries. Report and track defects with clear evidence, business impact and reproduction steps. Review test cases and ensure complete acceptance-criteria coverage. Communicate quality risks and testing progress to developers, project managers and clients. Mentor QA engineers and help improve the team’s testing practices. Provide evidence-based QA sign-off and release recommendations. Develop and maintain automated tests for stable and repeatable regression scenarios.
