Inbound Operations Staff

Join Our Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Operations Staff to join our Operations team. Key Responsibilities Enter and verify operational data accurately. Prepare and send Arrival Notices to customers via email. Coordinate and process customer amendment requests. Submit import manifests in accordance with operational requirements. Monitor and follow up on container movements, barges, SCT, TPT, LKB, and related operational updates. Track outstanding shipments and ensure timely follow-up. Process Delivery Order (D/O) releases and providing customer demonstrations of the EDO platform. Handle customer deposit refunds. Support daily operational activities and perform other assignments as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
