We are a builder organization: our internal tech squads, augmented by AI, ship the systems that run our branches, our lending, and our customer experience. At the center of that sits our Project Management Department, whose mandate is the successful delivery of the company's strategic project initiatives — across the whole organization, not one function. The department does not execute project tasks; it orchestrates success: defining clear objectives, securing adequate resources, enforcing timelines, and protecting projects from failure through proactive risk management. It sets the standards every project runs on, governs the process end to end, optimizes how resources are allocated, and reports transparently to stakeholders. Turbo's speed is not how fast any one team works; it is how well this whole system of value delivery runs — and this role is where that orchestration gets done. The Opportunity: A Controller of Flow, Not a Taker of Minutes Let's make things clear about two things this job is not. First, it is not a meeting-scheduler and status-report position. In 2026, AI drafts the status updates, summarizes the standups, and does the burn-down math — if that were the whole job, we would not be hiring a person for it. Second, this is project management, not product management. You will not decide what gets built; our Product Owners own that. You will not decide how it gets built; our Software Engineering Managers own that. You own the third question, and it is the one that decides whether the other two matter: when, in what order, and whether it all arrives on time. Think of Turbo's delivery system as a railway. The trains — the initiatives — are defined by others. Someone must own the timetable: given fixed track capacity and rising ambition, decide what runs first, keep the network from jamming, and make sure everything committed arrives when promised. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants something rare: to see the whole board. Every squad, every initiative, every dependency across the company crosses your desk. Fresh graduates are genuinely welcome here — we will teach you the mechanics; what we cannot teach is the appetite. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Cartographer: Maintain the single corporate view of every strategic initiative in flight and everything queued, across the whole organization. When anyone at Turbo asks what is being delivered, where it stands, and what is next in line, your map is the answer. Capacity and Schedule Analyst: Model each squad's true throughput — including how much AI augmentation actually multiplies it — and use that evidence, not aspiration, as the basis for every commitment. Your forecasts should land within one sprint of reality. Dependency Scout: Trace the critical path across squads and departments, and find the cross-squad dependencies before they bite. Spotting the collision two stations down the line is the human work, and it is yours. Process Guardian: Operate and continuously tune the delivery process itself: intake gates, definition-of-ready, work-in-progress limits, and release cadence. When a delivery fails, you fix the process, not just the instance. Corporate Compass of the Pipeline: Keep the pipeline aligned with corporate strategy. When priorities shift, you restructure the timetable and make the trade-offs explicit to leadership — pulling one initiative forward pushes another back. Keeper of Value on Schedule: Ensure value lands when promised. Flag risk early with recovery options attached, and renegotiate scope or sequence where you must. You do not argue what to build or how — you argue when, and you argue it with data. Required Experience & Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Any Field: Business, engineering, IT, economics, or otherwise. We hire for how you think about flow, capacity, and sequence. Zero to Three Years of Experience: Fresh graduates are explicitly welcome. If experienced, show us a trajectory of coordinating work across teams. If new, show us evidence of learning fast and taking initiative. Exposure to Business Operations or Software Development: Familiarity with how a business runs or how software gets built (SDLC, Agile). This role lives at the junction of the two. Working Proficiency in Thai and English: Both languages matter for written documentation, from squad rooms to the CEO Office. Demonstrable Comfort with Data and Tooling: Spreadsheets and dashboards at minimum; project-tracking tools, SQL, or hands-on use of AI tools are a plus.
