Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor budgets and analyze financial performance. Conduct bank and account reconciliations. Support internal and external audits. Maintain accounting records and documentation. Identify and implement process improvements. Oversea the finance and accounting function within the company on the daily operation Check and verify daily payments (Contractors ,consultant and overhead)to ensure payment in order and in compliance with standard operating and accounting procedure. Check and verify inter-companies invoices ,contractor invoice and supplier invoices to ensure all compliance to the Act. monitor all regulatory and tax compliance matter including but not limited to tax computation, tax return submission ,tax payment tax planning and Housing Development Act compliance. Liance with auditors on statutory audit and tax agents on tax submission. Monitoring financial performance against budget, analyzing and providing commentary on any variance for property development accounts. Monitor project progress and project P&L for billing of consultancy fees Review and analyze the cashflow of the company. 9 Assist MD on ad-hoc assignment as and when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/ACCA/CPA or or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred. Experience with accounting software, financial and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Possess 3-4 years working experience in property development industry is a must. Strong understanding of the latest accounting standards for property development. Experience with IFCA/MHUB software is highly beneficial. Proficiency in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
