What You'll Do Identify markets: Identify high-potential markets and execute strategies to win them. Expand distribution: Drive sales by growing our distribution network and building strong partnerships with distributors and key On-Trade accounts (e.g., restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels). Build drinker communities: Observe consumer behavior to uncover the activities and experiences that turn drinkers into loyal brand advocates. Own end-to-end execution: Undertake initiatives across Sales, Commercial Negotiation, Trade Marketing, Cheer Team, and Partnerships to deliver results. Scale nationwide : Build playbooks and scalable processes that can be replicated across Thailand. What We're Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-ambiguity environment. Resilient and adaptable; embraces feedback and sees failure as an opportunity to learn. Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment toward shared goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (or equivalent practical experience) with no plan for further degree Must possess a personal car and a valid driver's license. Experience in business development, FMCG, field sales, or early-stage company building is a plus. Willingness to conduct field visits during nighttime/ operating hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
