Production Executive – Lubricant jelly Join our Lubricant Production team and take ownership of delivering high-quality lubricating jelly and cosmetic products, on time and on budget. Reporting to Assistant Manager, you will plan and control daily production, safeguard product quality and workplace safety, and coach a team of operators to perform at their best. What you'll do: • Plan production to deliver within the specified time and meet customer requirements • Control production accuracy against specifications and quality standards • Manage resources and control production costs within budget • Maintain proper identification, status control, and storage of in-process products • Ensure MSDS availability and safety regulations are followed for all chemicals/reagents • Safeguard operators and assets through safe working practices; minimize injury risk • Monitor in-process quality and process-parameter trends; escalate negative trends • Design and deliver on-the-job training for lubricant operators • Coach and monitor subordinate performance on an ongoing basis • Support the environmental management system (EMS) What we're looking for: • Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Science, or related) • ยินดีรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาใหม่ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (กรณีคุณสมบัติตรงตามที่บริษัทกำหนด) • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Hands-on, fast-learning, hardworking, and comfortable working under pressure with flexible hours • Prior experience supervising production operators preferred Location, shift pattern, and salary will be discussed during the interview process
