Director, Commercial

Responsibilities Lead and drive the performance of Commercial department to achieve company goals. Set up and monitor revenue target achievement according to business strategy. Develop commercial strategies and policies of Commercial department. Determine and implement freighter fleet plan, freighter route plan and aircraft series/model selection to cope with business expansion plan and enrich commercial products to cope with market requirement. Organize department meeting. Participant management meeting and submit reports to top management regarding commercial development and overall performance. Coordinate and participant cross departmental projects and activities within the company, or across companies. Oversee the department organization structure, manpower planning and the cost effectiveness on all the commercial related budget. Support the President on strategic planning and assist President in executing various management initiatives to achieve the company’s vision and business objectives. And complete any ad hoc duties/project as assigned by President and management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese would be an advantage; Strong analysis skills and able to meet tight schedule or deadline. Excellent and experience management skills and leadership skills; Excellent Business mind and sensitive market sense in Hong Kong and global cargo sales experience; At least 15 years of experience in Cargo Commercial Management or a position with equivalent responsibilities, preferably in the aviation industry.
