Project Manager (Telecommunication)

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities: End-to-end project management, including Project Planning, Project Schedule, Budget Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects to meet customer's expectations within timeline, quality and budget. General control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers, approval of equipment layout and network configuration data. Supervision and control of subcontractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract. Participate in bidding activates and identify implementation requirements from tender documents. Plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when necessary. Candidate Requirements: Have industry background knowledge. (Telecommunications industry background preferred). 5 years or more experience in project management. Have the ability to allocate, coordinate, organize, and manage project team members. Strong learning ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit. Be responsible for work. Good health, hardworking, good professional ethics, and able to adapt to a certain degree of domestic business trip. Project management certification such as PMP is preferred. Fluent communication skills in English.
