Position overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive the growth of our team. This role will be responsible for managing the team with key commercials to ensure the successful expansion and operational excellence for Cartrack. Responsibilities: Develop competitive sales team plan & strategies Manage and develop sales team including sourcing new prospect lead Establish best-in-class customer prospecting Meet & exceed assigned revenue goals Develop, execute, and deliver quality solution-focused executive overview presentations Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Link the solution value to the pains & gains to customers’ C-level management Develop and manage new clients through high quality, technical and professional client relationships Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process, by taking ownership for the commercial agreement for each client Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them Build world class sales teams with strong recruitment, training and KPI management Qualifications: Degree and experience in Sales with a minimum of 7 - 10 years work experience Experience working within a B2B sales environment Extensive team leadership and managing experience Preferred industry experience in Software, Electronics, IOT, Automotive or SaaS system Excellent communication, logical and interpersonal skills Hands-on approach and a positive attitude Own car and valid driving license Strong Command of English Work location: 66 Tower (near BTS Udomsuk) Send your resume to anassaya.milk@cartrack.com For more information 096-932-3948 (Milk)
