Project Manager – Business Analysis Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise to lead and deliver system implementation and transformation projects, including ERP, CRM, System Integration, and Digital Solutions . The role is responsible for managing project execution, gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for ERP, CRM, System Integration, and business transformation initiatives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to define solutions and project scope. Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement assessments. Monitor project progress and ensure successful implementation, testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reporting to management and key stakeholders. Support change management, user training, and post-implementation activities. Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or IT Consulting. Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, System Integration, Software Implementation, or Digital Transformation projects. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CBAP, or related certifications are an advantage.
