Specialist, Plating Production (BB)

Imagine being to join our production team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, efficiency and consistency of our plating operations. As a Specialist in Plating Production, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our plating processes, managing production schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost at plating area. Responsible to strategic initiatives project to achieve target Monitor production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices. Daily shop floor presence to clearly visualize the progress and problem of Production situation and quickly adapt in an ever changing. Control execution as plan by follow of procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department and including of resourcing management to be effectiveness. Leading analysis of concern issue and create short term action that flexible and efficient. To finding the long term action to prevent the repeat issue. Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Fishbone Diagram, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify, analyze, and resolve process and quality-related issues in process plating. Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) to eliminate root causes, prevent recurrence, and improve overall process performance. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process capability Ensure manufacturing processes such as WI and Routing to align with production plan and procedures to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations. D-phase response and transfer new knowledges from Preproduction to mass production phase. Do process Validations to ensure manufacturing processes such as Routing, STD time, process constraints, etc. to align with production plan and procedures to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations Encourage employees by inspiring, motivating, and mentoring them toward best-in-class practice to develop their competencies and attitude. Able to be role model and mentoring team toward best-in-class practice to develop their competencies and attitude. Execute assignment and project as assigned by Manager. Ensure all company’s asset are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area. Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate. Control and enforce environment, health and Safety in manufacturing at all time. We love that you are... Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in plating production or related manufacturing environments Strong understanding of electroplating processes, chemistry and equipment Experience with production planning, scheduling and inventory management Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and process documentation Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate production teams Proficiency in using production management systems and basic computer applications Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices Certificate or diploma in manufacturing, production management or related field is preferred Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) is advantageous About Pandora Crafting & Supply Pandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people.
