Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports and presentations, monitoring sales pipelines, and tracking sales targets. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery. Collaborate with internal departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products and services to clients. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations. Respond to client inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and documentations Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any post-sales issues, and explore additional sales opportunities. Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives. Assist in preparing samples and merchandise for customer orders. any ad hoc tasks Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role. Diploma or above with 5 years working experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP system. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation, order processing, and data. Knowledge of sales principles and techniques. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
