Key Responsibilities : Plan and organize community resilience services to high-risk groups / in high-risk districts, including but not limited to workshops and activities to enhance disaster preparedness capacity of high-risk population and the general public Facilitate small-scale risk reduction work in rural and urban households or communities Organize home visit and conduct needs assessment of the service users related to community resilience project Establish and maintain network with external partners, government departments and internal cross-departments Handle logistics, reporting and administrative duties, including funding proposal, budgeting report, procurement Supervise and lead the staff and volunteers in workshops and community activities Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks when assigned by the supervisor Requirements : Degree holder is a must, preferably in Social Work Two years of related work experience is preferred Solid experience in community work, event and project management and volunteer management are definite an advantage Knowledge in community resilience concept and participatory approach are an advantage Service-oriented with good interpersonal, networking and presentation skills Mature and independent, well organized and attentive to details Self-motivated and good team leader Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Proficient in PC knowledge Fringe Benefits: Fringe benefits including generous annual leave, marriage leave, volunteer leave, caring leave, medical and dental benefits (including dependents), Employer MPF voluntary contribution, and a discretionary incentive payment (where applicable) will be offered to the right candidates.
