HAPPY, HEALTHY PETS – Family-owned full service clinic network YOUR IMPACT We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to step into an Area Manager position , supporting our clinics in Thomastown, Maribyrnong, Melton, Point Cook and Geelong . This is a hands-on leadership role designed to strengthen collaboration, consistency, and performance across clinics, while continuing to build strong, engaged teams and delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with each Practice Managers and clinic teams, acting as a key connection point between clinics and the wider leadership group. THE ROLE Cluster: Thomastown, Maribyrnong, Melton, Point Cook, Geelong This is not a “head office” role, it’s a visible, approachable leadership position focused on elevating people, clinics, and performance. APPLICATIONS To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Veterinary Business Manager or similar leadership role 5+ years’ in clinic experience as a Senior Vet Nurse in small animal medicine Experience managing clinic performance: including P&L, rostering, and operations Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills The drive to foster a supportive and positive clinic environment A genuine passion for developing people and improving clinic outcomes Keen to explore this opportunity?
