Operations Supervisor (Night-shift)

What You'll Be Doing Oversee and manage the complete night-shift warehouse workflow, ensuring smooth operations in inventory receiving, automated/manual picking, packing, and sorting Lead, motivate, and deploy a team of warehouse operators; optimize manpower allocation to handle sudden workload surges Monitor night-shift KPIs (e.g., picking accuracy, throughput velocity, order fulfillment rate) and maintain operational dashboards for management review Prepare night-shift operational logs, discrepancy reports, hand-over checklists, and administrative documentations for the morning shift What We're Looking For Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines, Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/DC operations, with at least 3 years of solid supervisory experience, preferably leading frontline workers in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Cold Chain, FMCG, Express, or 3PL) Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset; with ability to work independently under tight operational schedules in the night Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Committed to a fixed night-shift schedule or rostered shift work (Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Supervisor) What we offer We committed to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
